Step 1: Please make a note of the model of the door that you are interested in.
Step 2: Call us and we will go over your entire selection. We will check inventory & availability and production schedules. We will send you a written quote/purchase agreement via email. Please take a moment to read our terms and conditions and shipping policies.
Step 3:You will receive an email notifying you of when your order ships.

Payment Procedures
Due to the high quality and value pricing of our doors, we cannot hold or reserve an in stock door for you, unless we have received a signed work order and full payment. If you call us today and we verify that your door is in stock today but if you choose to wait to make your purchase, there is no guarantee that your door style will not sell out. Although containers arrive weekly, it is not uncommon for a door to sell out and be out of stock for weeks to even several months, depending on the door style. Due to additional constraints and regulations implemented since 911, a container can get delayed for weeks at the port. Therefore, if you see a door that you like, and we have it in stock, we highly recommend that you place your order at that time. This will guarantee that your door will be available when you need it. We will crate and ship it immediately, or we can hold it for up to 30 days, and then ship it.
Due to the overwhelming acts of fraud, we have additionally implemented the following payment policies to ensure your safety, as well as ours.
We will only take payment for the exact amount on your work order.

We will not accept checks, including cashiers, bank checks or credit card charges exceeding the amount of the work order.

We accept Visa or Master Card but we do offer an additional 5% discount for paying by wire transfer, money order or check.
