Door Construction
Only premium, kiln-dried (10% ± 2%) grade wood components are chosen, which are carefully color-matched prior to assembly.
Durable 3-ply laminate wood panel – to reduce possibility of warpage, twisting, splitting, shrinkage and/or expansion
5mm ± 0.3mm thick laminate facing – no veneer to delaminate, prevents telegraphing, allows multiple refinishing.
Large decorative mouldings around panels and glass – one side or both side, for added security.
3/4” thick edge banded stiles and rails – for stability and color matching.
Engineered Construction

Large 5/8” x 5” hardwood dowel pin construction along with engineered stiles (an edge glued, fingerjointed core with laminateface), ensure the strongest, stable wood doors.
Floating panel construction allows for wood to breathe, which prevents panel buckling or bowing. All panels are constructed with a multi-ply lamination process, which ensure long-lasting performance without the fear of splitting or warping.
All panels are pre-stained and sealed prior to assembly, thus preventing unfinished areas from being exposed with panel expansion and contraction.
Door construction, finishing & packaging may vary slightly by manufacturer.
